I am in serious pain in my wrist, even after typing with my brace on all day. I just made a doctor's appointment. It's not until next Monday. Ouch.

Last night I wanted to make fried rice for Evan. I went to Kroger armed with a list. When I arrived at my door, I suddenly realized I had bought everything except the rice. I'm such a genius. He was understanding about it, and I made a frittata instead, so everything worked out.

Another reason why I love my sister so much: she's nuts. Here's an e-mail I got from her:

I love the hermana! I hope you are having a magnificent afternoon. I LOVE THE HERMANA!!!!!!! NO BOZOS!!!!!!!!!! ONLY HERMANAS!!!!!!!!
