Well, today is a big day. After a year and a half of highlighting, I am going back to my natural haircolor. I hope it turns out well. My mom doesn't know about it because she would definitely argue against it, my natural color being so boring and all. :P But if I'm going to get it back after the wedding anyway, I don't see the point in waiting. Also, I haven't had a trim since August, so I'm looking forward to that nice light-head feeling. (Not light-headed feeling. That's not nice.)

For lunch I had a Healthy Choice ricotta-pasta shells meal. It wasn't so great. Oh, last week I made a version of my favorite Healthy Choice meal, the Chicken Margherita. I sauteed chicken and red peppers, covered with herbs, and served them on angel hair pasta with olive oil. It was cheap, easy, and so good. Evan loved it too, so I'm putting it on the dinner rotation. Isn't angel hair pasta so much better than spaghetti pasta? The thinness makes it tastier somehow, to me anyway. Plus, it looks fancier.

Kathy came over last night. !!! We had a nice visit while Evan, Ryan, and Kevin played Halo. I gave her a tour of all the changes to the apartment, and then she expertly fixed Gandalf's new collar, which kept getting too loose and aggravating him. It's good to have someone around who knows how to deal with cats. Evan and I still don't have much of a clue - and he had cats all through his childhood. They had this enormous one that was really more like (in his words) a "small tiger." And it's true. I've seen pictures. Anyway, it was nice to spend time with Kathy, but weird that we barely know what the other has done in the last few months. Times change.

Wow, this is rambly. Maybe I'll stop while I'm ahead.
