Oh, I forgot to point out that today is 8-8, which makes it a special day. Every year on this day, I remember how excited I was on 8-8-88, because I was 8 years old. I love it when things fit together like that. :)

Hey, I remember 8-8-88 also! I specifically wrote a letter to someone that day so I could use the date. I wasn't 8, though...I was 11. A palindrome, at least. :)

Yes, a palindrome will suffice. :) I get overly excited about fun dates. Like, this past Groundhog Day (2-2-2002) was a biggie for me. I remember seeing an article about how people with European clocks should take note at 20:02, because it was the only time that the date and the time and such would be aligned that way for another few thousand years. :)
