- I recently got a value pack of Tic Tacs (about 5 boxes), so I can now eat/distribute them without having to conserve them for times of desperate need.
- It is beautiful outside. Just beautiful.
- Kathy is making Chicken Marsala, our favorite dish, for dinner.
- Friends is on tonight.
- I have had actual, non-frustrating work to do today.
- I feel pretty. Oh so pretty.
- My sister signed last night at a memorial service, in front of a huge crowd that included the new mayor of Shelby County and the best-known female news anchor in Memphis, and did a wonderful job.
- I found out my Wednesday night Bible study is starting back up next week.
- I just got my paycheck, which was a happy surprise because I forgot it was payday.
- I am proud to be an American.

[Wallet]: Black spandex-ish, from Target, with a zipper and a clear side for picture ID. Used to have a keychain loop on it, which fell off one month after purchase.
[Hairbrush]: I have curly hair and thus cannot use a hairbrush. I have a comb instead, which is a plain black generic comb.
[Toothbrush]: Mostly clear with a lavender rubber-ish handle.
[Jewelry worn daily]: Watch; either a gold chain with a tiny gold star (which was originally on an earring) or a silver chain with an amethyst pendant
[Pillow cover]: Blue and white, flannel, weird pattern that matches a weird pattern on my quilt.
[Blanket]: Pink-and-green-and-blue-and-white quilt bought at Garden Ridge four years ago. Hoping to find an identical one for when this one wears out.
[Coffee cup]: I don't drink coffee. At home I drink iced tea out of a glass with a strawberry on it, or my Theodore glass (as in Alvin and the Chipmunks- Kathy uses the Simon, and the Alvin is Evan's when he comes over).
[Sunglasses]: Lavender with silver rims, from Target.
[Underwear]: Just white today. The only boring pair of underwear I own.
[Shoes]: Flat black Mary Jane-ballet-esque shoes.
[Handbag]: Black purse with light blue trim. From Target. (Catching a theme? :P)
[Favorite top]: the black stretchy Gap shirt I got last week
[Favorite pants]: my Aeropostale jeans
[Cologne/Perfume]: Cotton Blossom by Bath & Body, and So Pink by the Gap
