Five things that 2002 taught me:
1) You really can make friends online. :)
2) God is the only Person who will never leave me nor forsake me.
3) I do not want a relationship just for relationship's sake.
4) Annual renewal of your license plate sticker is important and should not be delayed for six months.
5) Sometimes it's hard to love the people you love.
Five personally significant events of 2002:
1) Kathy moved back in with me!
2) My RUF director and his wife left, beginning the dissolution of our close-knit "old school" group.
3) The first of my close friends got married.
4) My church's college/career minister and his wife left, beginning the dissolution of our close-knit church group.
5) I got a cat.
Five things I want to do in 2003:
1) Grow in grace and in the knowledge of God.
2) Take at least one class toward my geography degree.
3) Visit one of my Top 10 Cities To Visit. (Highly unlikely, but I can dream.)
4) Start caring more about people and less about what they think of me.
5) Become a Pilates diva. :)
Five things I don't want to do in 2003:
1) Move.
2) Get any more pets.
3) Lose any more friends.
4) Gain any more weight.
5) Fail to do anything I said I was going to do.
Five things I love beyond all reason currently:
1) God.
2) My cat.
3) A person.
4) That new VW Convertible commercial that shows the guy getting up and doing the exact same thing every day, until he sees the VW Convertible. :)
5) My digital camera.
Five things I hate with good reason currently:
1) The fact that Christians around the world are being slaughtered for their faith, and we're just letting it happen.
2) The fact that the Dolphins lost their pre-playoff game.
3) People not in our department who use our department's copy machine, then get huffy when we interrupt them to copy something.
4) The uncontrollable coughing fits I have been having for several days.
5) Dirty dishes.
For those of you who requested CDs, I am going to mail them soon. If anyone else wants one, let me know. :)
