friday five
Apr. 19th, 2002 10:11 am1. What's your favorite TV show and why? Friends. It's hilarious, and relatable. I have a close-knit group of girl and guy friends, like the show. The guys sometimes act so much like the Friends guys that it frightens me (when they helped me move, they practically re-enacted the "Pivot" scene from the episode where Ross buys a couch). I have every episode since 1998 on tape.
2. Who is your favorite television star? I'm not into the whole "star" thing, but I would say Jimmy Fallon. He's dreamy. :)
3. What was your favorite TV show as a child? My mother says that when I was very little, I would go crazy with joy when the Muppet Show came on, but Punky Brewster was my favorite later on. I still remember how scary it was when Cherie got stuck in that refrigerator. :)
4. What show do you think should have been cancelled by now? Survivor. The first season was good. Now the format is old and tired.
5. What new show do you hope escapes the axe this season? I don't watch any of the new shows, so I don't really care.
