The Apprentice finale was good. I was surprised, but not upset. They finally showed the Friends preview commercial that follow_through mentioned the other day, and wow! It's going to be so sad. I'm totally spoiler-free, so the next few episodes will be exciting. This morning I gave in and pre-ordered this book. Pathetic, I know. After the finale, I'll stop obsessing over the show so much. I promise. Sorry. :(

I had lunch with Casey today, and she made me feel so happy and encouraged. I hadn't really talked to her since Evan and I first started dating, so I caught her up. She told me how inspiring it is to see how far God has brought both of us, and said that she's happier about Evan and I together than she's been about any other relationship in her six years of RUF. Apparently other RUF people who know us are saying the same. Since Casey counseled and helped me from the very beginning, I take that as a big honor. :) Sometimes I'm so happy that I can't believe this is my life. It's so fulfilling to see your years of struggle pointing other people to God. What better purpose could I ask for? I'm just...so thankful. For everything that's happened to me. And I'm honored to know such wonderful people.

The main source of that thankfulness is taking me to dinner and a movie tonight. We're finally going to see Miracle. I'm pumped. I love cheesy Olympic movies. Hey, that reminds me- I thought I saw Moira Kelly (of The Cutting Edge fame) in some sort of credit card commercial the other night. Please tell me she hasn't stooped to that! I thought she was a pretty good actress.

You know, I'm really kind of a blabbermouth. When it comes to my own life, anyway. In case you haven't noticed. :P I have a hard time keeping anything secret. It's very aggravating. Am I alone in this?

Maybe I'll do a Friday lyrics poll later, if I can think of some songs.

You're not alone. I used to be very guarded and secretive, and now I'm constantly having the feeling that I said too much and to too many people. Even just look at my journal entries from the beginning to now. Friends-only has been part of the reason, but I've become much more open to all these people. It's easy to forget how many might be reading. Plus, it's easy not to care when they all live far away. :)

Glad you got to see the commericial. I was actually thinking about you, which is weird since we've never met or anything, when it aired - I was like, "I hope she just saw that!"

I'll be getting that "Friends" book to (runs and adds it to wishlist).

I loved "The Cutting Edge!" Moira Kelly is now one of the stars of the WB's "One Tree Hill." So she hasn't been reduced to commericial-only work.

I'm going to BAWL watching the Friends finale! I don't know the exact date as of right now, but I want to figure it out so I can request it off work, lol. It's just not the same having to record it. I've missed a LOT of this season due to work, and it SUCKS! I used to set my VCR but then it always got so confusing as to which weeks would be new episodes and which wouldn't! Was yesterday's? Will next week's be? lol. Ahhhh.

Oh, and yeah - definitely an open book when it comes to my life, as well, lol.

My favorite of your icons? Not that you asked . . . but #1 goes to Bun :) and #2 - well, of course, it's got to be Joey :) I love that episode.

I just bought the first season of Friends on DVD and my plan is to slowly accumulate the rest. I've rarely caught Friends in the past few years due to it being Survivor night but almost always watch it when it's on in syndication in the late evenings after the news. I've always enjoyed the show and think it's quite funny. It kind of reminds me of Thirty Something only for the twent somethings.

As far as not being able to keep my mouth shut when telling people things or filling people in my life, I like to call it wearing my heart on my sleeve. I also like to refer to it as honesty. But, it's sad to say, in this world, there is such a thing as being too trusting & I continue to keep getting knocked over the head whent it comes to that. Can't fault somebody for trying, ya'know?

And I was going to ask you, would you mind if maybe I did a lyrics quiz at one point? I'd like to but I certainly don't want to steal the idea - I wanted to be sure and ask first.

Yeah, I only have Season 5 so far but I'm planning to accumulate them over time. They're so expensive right now.

Gosh, You're not alone; I feel like I am a blabbermouth about myself, too. I mean sometimes I feel like I'm such an open book that people must think I am slightly naive to share so much. Well, I know I am, but it must be glaringly obvious to others.
