chestnutcurls: (Bun)
Hola.

Photoshop question: I've tried to make an icon for, like, the last three nights, and for some reason the text will not show up. I put in the text box like I'm supposed to, and change the font color and size, but letters won't show up. Numbers and symbols will. I don't get it. I guess I could make an icon that says "437&.{}." I love the new computer, but I haven't spent much time with it. I already feel like a zombie after 8 hours on the computer at work; going home to another one seems like a sad misuse of my time.

I had a sad, bad dream last night in which Bun died and then (I kid you not) turned into a Starburst. Then he turned back into Bun again and it turned out he hadn't died at all, just undergone some weird healing metamorphosis. I must need therapy. I've been worried about Bun because he briefly stopped drinking (Lawson's response: "Glad to hear he's back on the wagon"), but now he's acting normal again. I am so glad.

I never mentioned what Kathy got me for my birthday. Danielle, remember that Clay 8x10 she bought at the concert? Well, when we got home, she made me go into the living room, and after a few minutes she brought me a big bag of scrapbook stuff she had bought specifically for scrapbooking the concert. The colors matched the shirt I was wearing. It was so neat and thoughtful. Then she handed me the Clay picture and said "This is yours." I was like, "No, it's yours!" and she said, "No, I bought it for the scrapbook!" I was so happy. Isn't she great? :) Also, Daniel got me a George Foreman grill! I was speechless. Maybe he wants to compensate for taking my cook away from me. LOL. Anyway, it was incredibly nice of him. Every so often he does something really nice for me, and then I feel like a huge jerk for being so huffy most of the time. One of these times it'll stick.

I changed my journal colors. I suspect they will change semi-often until I find something I really like.
