this is just to say

It's a brisk fall morning, I'm saved by grace, I have hot hot chocolate, I'm wearing my favorite jean skirt and boots, I finally finished Wheel of Time book 5 and am on to book 6, I have great friends, I'm well-rested for the first time in at least a week, it's Friday, and tonight I get to eat pizza and then go see Derek Webb in concert with my boyfriend. Life is good.

I come in feeling this way most mornings. But usually by the time I post, I'm so annoyed by my workday that all those refreshed, contented feelings are gone. So I wanted to capture them while they're still around. :)

(Hey, I just noticed I don't have a "happy" icon anymore. I used to use the one of me hugging the cat. Hmm.)

Okay, some Friday afternoon entertainment. This is the coolest personal wedding website I've ever seen. I love the stories and the little bios of everyone. I'd want a site like this for my future wedding, but I'd have to hire someone to design it for me. Also, here's an interesting Newsweek story about Friends.

I'm in need of Quality Bunny Time and am hoping to have some this weekend. I haven't really spent time with him in several weeks. Wah. I love him and the cat equally. I promise. It's just that one of them lives with me and one doesn't.

Wasn't Scrubs totally hilarious last night? I love Elliot. I also watched the last few minutes of ER- I was on the phone with my mom and she mentioned that they were killing off Luka, so I turned it on to see what happened. This resulted in much confusion and I had to have a co-worker explain the whole plot to me this morning.

I can't think of anything else to say. Have a fun weekend!
