Happy Birthday to aardwolfLawson and apestaartjeSarah! Also Jamie and my boss, neither of whom read this journal. Still, that's a lot of birthdays for one day.

Em and Daniel are here! Kathy and her Daniel and I had a fun lunch with them a little while ago. Tonight I have band practice, and then I'm coming home and getting into bed, since I still feel sinusey. It's partly this office that makes me feel sick- it's freezing and I feel chilled in a feverish sort of way. But I was fine at lunch. I need a little space heater like some of my co-workers have.

What is your perfect temperature? Mine is 72 degrees (Fahrenheit).

The entertainment center is finished and it looks great! Everything fits in it with plenty of room to spare. I'll take pictures of the apartment when the moving is done and you'll all see how different it looks. I feel like I'm getting a new home without having to move. :) The cat also enjoys all the rearranging- plenty of new spaces for him to explore. He keeps climbing up next to the TV, like the view is better from up there.

My ideal temperature varies with the change in humidity. Indoors I like a dry 74.5. Outdoors I like 76, sunny, with a breeze of about 14 miles per hour.

In the wintertime I'd prefer to keep the thermostat higher, but wisdom doesn't permit it.

Is that specific enough? LOL!

I like this cat icon, is it new?

Sort of! I took it on one of the stormy nights when Gandalf was hiding.

It looks introspective or thoughtful.

Yeah, I thought so too. I also liked the way he's looking up toward the light.

My perfect temperature is somewhere between mid-60's and low-mid-70s (so, like, 65-73? I dunno ;o) ).

65-68 degrees!
Want me to make you a shawl? If you buy the yarn, I'll throw in the labor for free!
If you get a space heater, don't let facilities see it - they are against the "law".

Oh really? :)

Thanks, but I should be okay...ask me again in the winter! :) Also, I realized my sickness might be due to all the construction right below us in HR. There HAS to be a ton of dust and who knows what in the air.

Happy Birthday
Thaanks :)

Is the entertainment center like the one Joey and Chandler had? If it is, see if you fit in it. :)

I'll take pictures of the apartment when the moving is done and you'll all see how different it looks.
You should also take "before" pictures so that we can compare. lol

like the view is better from up there.
Well, duh :)

Thanks... I'd say my favorite temperature for outdoors is 72 degrees, but I prefer it a bit warmer when I'm inside at home. I used to keep it firmly at 74, but I've raised that to 76 recently and I feel just as comfortable (as long as I'm not wearing jeans.) I have no idea how Alicia keeps her house at 78... yikes!

Yeah, 78 seems way too hot! I can't afford to drop my AC below 76, though. It's on 77 most of the time. Like that's so different from 78.

Perfect temperature?

My perfect temp is 74, with the ceiling fan on low or medium. Even in the summer, I just get way too cold inside.

Winter ideal temp is about 69.
