I'm feeling okay now. But I would be even better if I had a Maypole to dance around.

Don't forget to go to Baskin-Robbins tonight! I have been anticipating this for weeks. We are going in a huge group to get as much free ice cream as we can stomach. :)

At lunchtime, I went to the mall in search of a night-out dress for summer conference. Instead, I got a t-shirt at the Aeropostale that has cherries on it, for the sole purpose of wearing with my cherry bathingsuit and my cherry flip-flops. I am going to be so cute, they'll outlaw me in several states. (Hopefully not Florida, since that is where I will be, and I'm not sure what they do to you when you've been outlawed.) This cheered me up considerably. Nothing like the pursuit of materialism to raise a girl's spirits... sigh. :) And I still don't have a dress.

You know you've been outlawed when you hear something to the effect of "This town ain't big enough for the two of us." Generally, there's a dual to the death, but you're exempt because you are a girl. I don't know about Florida, but I think they tar and feather you in Texas (any comments, Jess?)

Your new picture is reminiscent of the Joker. Maybe it's just the green and purple. BTW, did you do that in RL, or edit it after you took the picture? I can't believe I just asked that... like you somehow just happened to have a green and purple light bulb... OOooh... maybe it's a black light...

Hey... that's not nice... :(
I didn't do anything to it. I took it with a whacked out Polaroid digital camera in semi-low light, and that's how it came out. It was one of the best of the lot. Photo Editor didn't fix it. I figured it might be okay since it looks sort of... artistic. :P

I can't BELIEVE I didn't understand why you were talking about a maypole. I guess I figured it was random. I just found out about the whole May Day thing in economics class about a month ago. SO,
