A little Legolas to brighten your day. He certainly brightens mine. :)
Well, the fun keeps on coming. (And I'm not being sarcastic!) Last weekend, at the symphony, Ryan and Royce filled out cards for a drawing to win some sort of vacation. I didn't think anything of it. But Ryan won! I didn't believe him when he first told me, but he really won- 6 days in Orlando, then a cruise, and then 6 days in Mexico. Or something like that. I was about to pass out from shock. But if you're thinking that sounds too good to be true, you're right. It was one of those timeshare things (which immediately recalled the ski-vacation episode of South Park), and it only covered hotel stays- not airfare or food or anything else. So he turned it down. Then he called his parents. It turns out they already have a condo timeshare, so they were like, "Just take one of our weeks and go somewhere with your friends." (This is a family that vacations by taking limos to Cape Cod, so I shouldn't have been surprised.) So we're all going to take a trip! Somewhere! At some point! :) There is a book of all the places you can go, and they're sending it back with Evan (who is coming home tonight- yay!) and we can look it over. Very exciting. I just hope they decide on a weekend and not a week, because otherwise I can't go.
I know I haven't posted anything deep and thoughtful in a while. I need to work on that. I guess my life has been too "fluffy" the last few days. :P
