chestnutcurlsIn half an hour, I will be off!
I will be sure to wave out the window to Phillip and Lisa when I pass through Dallas tomorrow morning. :) I wish I could stop at the Chick-fil-A and say hi to you guys, but my parents know nothing of my online life, so they would not be amenable to that. And, as usual, they are in a huge hurry and do not want to stop anywhere. We're not even stopping for dinner tonight; instead, my mother is bringing "beef wraps" for us to eat in the car. What the heck are those? I was a resident of her home for 22 years, and never once did she make anything that could be called a "beef wrap." It should be an interesting night. :)
My mom also told me that my cousin Brooke will be in Smithville! I wasn't sure she'd be there, because she goes to A&M (and just got engaged), so I thought she might have other plans. But I'm excited that I get to visit with her. I haven't seen her in a couple of years.
Anyway, I hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and remember God's blessings in your lives! I'll be back next week! :)
