Guess what? I made a fritatta last night, just for me, and it was fabulous (and not even that hard to make). You chop a bunch of vegetables and sautee them, and then beat a bunch of eggs and pour that in over the vegetables and cover it for ten minutes. Very healthy and fun. I like doing things to remind myself that I can cook. I just don't. Usually.

American Idol totally kicked my butt last night. Clay made me swoon repeatedly. I'm so glad I taped it, so I can watch it again and again. :) Although, is it just me, or is "Solitaire" in itself kind of a stupid song? I mean, if I wrote a song about a lonely guy playing blackjack, or poker, I doubt it would be hailed as a great achievement.

I'm wearing my favorite denim dress today, and my favorite flip-flops. I thought I might get in trouble for the flip-flops, but no one seems to mind. :)
