I never understood the frequency uh-huh

In all my twenty-three summers, I have never seen such a beautiful June 27th. I had lunch with Alli at McAlister's, and we ate outside and soaked up the sun. It is currently 81 degrees. It's almost July, and we've only had two or three 90-degree days so far. I cannot remember this ever happening before. It's a gift from God, that's for sure. :)
So, it's a good day. Tonight I'm going to the Redbirds game with Lawson, Jeremy, and Teresa. I found out a few days ago that the IPC choir will be singing the national anthem, so a whole slew of my other friends will be there, too. Hopefully we can all hook up. It's going to be fun.
The radio is playing the greatest songs today, including "What's the Frequency Kenneth," which is one of my favorite songs ever. And it's a Jeans Day, so I am actually comfortable as I sit here. It amazes me how much easier it is to get around when I'm wearing sneakers. I do a lot of trotting around the building in my job, and usually I'm in pain by the end of the day from my impractical business shoes. So I appreciate jeans days that much more...even if I do have to pay five dollars to participate.
At this time next week I'll be in Miami. :)
