I'm making a public post to announce that my friend MaryElaine has four white rabbits who need a good home. If she doesn't find homes for them within a few weeks, she will have to euthanize them. :( (I can't believe she actually told me that, but she did and now I have the burden of knowledge.) I can't take any of them - they will not do well in a small apartment with two cats. So please, if any of you local people are interested in taking one, e-mail me. And pass the word along.

Ever banned someone from commenting in your journal? I don't think so...I just dealt with the problem by going friends only.

Biggest pet peeve about LJ? Sometimes there's peer pressure when certain topics come up. But I guess you'd find that anywhere.

Do you feel close to most of the people on your friends list? About two-thirds of them. :)

oh- Widget is evidently a mini lop. This past week one of her ears has lopped over and stayed that way. I'm wondering if the other will fall or if she'll be mixed. :)

Wow, that's a lot of people you met. Do they all live near you?? I only met one person on my friends list because she lived near me (she moved to AZ shortly after we met).

I thought that too. She loves animals and is usually very compassionate, so that seemed weird to me too. We have a park nearby where lots of bunnies live, so maybe I can convince her to release them there. :)

I wish I could take one...I'd love another bun but Oreo wouldn't. lol Still, I hope she can find an alternative to euthanizing them. That thought just makes me soooo sad.
